The Symposium on Leading Transformational Change

Each year the Performance Center hosts a Symposium on Leading Transformational Change. The Symposium brings together members of the Performance Center community from across the US and abroad, who share share a commitment to living and leading at the transformational edge. The objectives of the Symposium are:

1. Engage a diverse, expert community of thought leaders in a unique conversation about leadership, consciousness and transformational change,
2. Foster deeper self-discovery and wisdom within the body of participants,
3. Discover a new facet of producing breakthrough results, and
4. Exchange practical ideas that work in leading change.

The sixth annual Symposium on Leading Transformational Change was held in Portland, Oregon November 29 – December 1, 2007. The theme of the event was “Exploring the Source Dimension of Transformational Work”. For a summary of the proceedings see the PDF document below.

Symposium 2007

The fifth annual Symposium on Leading Transformational Change was held in Stevenson, Washington September 5 – 8, 2006. The theme of the event was “What Makes Transformation Flourish?”. For a summary of the proceedings see the PDF document below.
